- Advertise vacant properties until rented at no charge to owner
- Run credit report on each prospective tenant before approving for lease
- Execute lease with tenant and secure first month's rent and security deposit
- Handle repairs and address all tenant complaints
- Collect rent, late fees and additional miscellaneous charges
