Maintenance Request Form

If you have been approved for a pet at your property, you must make arrangements for the pet to be contained, either in a pet crate or in a closed off area of the property. You will be held responsible/liable for any physical harm to a maintenance vendor as a result of your pet.
If your maintenance request is approved, the maintenance vendor will pick up keys from our office for your property and will do the repairs between the hours of 8am and 5pm within approximately two days following your maintenance request. If you have changed the locks at your rental property and have not provided ARM with a new key, you will be charged a service call for the failed attempt by the maintenance vendors to enter your property because they have the wrong key.
