Tenant Screening and Lease Preparation

At Atlantic Rental Management we use our established tenant screening process to best ensure your peace of mind and treatment of your property with recruitment of well-qualified, background-checked tenants. We also prepare all legal documentation for the lease, which we keep up to date with all state laws and regulations. We electronically file all of your documents and can get these to you quickly if needed. We’ll conduct annual reviews and suggest potential lease increases when applicable. And we’ll handle complaints and eviction notification.

Rent Collection and Accounting Services

Our team tenaciously handles all payments from your tenant according to law. We hold all security deposits in insured trust accounts. We provide easy payment methods including automatic drafts, an online payment system, check mail-in and drop-off. We are diligent in collecting past due rent and fees. We’ll also handle legal filings related to eviction and delinquency proceedings in small claims court.

Property Maintenance and Evaluation

Our maintenance team is on call to serve your tenants and property at all times. In addition to regular preventative inspection and maintenance, our team is on call for emergencies 24-7. We also facilitate community complaints, requests and meetings. And we provide detailed inspections at lease’s end, reporting back to you before we refund the security deposit to your tenant.
