As of October 1, 2020 our office will be located at 1430 Commonwealth Drive Unit 202, Wilmington Nc 28403. Our phone numbers and email addresses will remain the same. As a reminder our offices are open but our lobby is closed due to the COVID- 19 pandemic. Rent is still due on the 1st day of the month and considered late as of the 5th day of the month. The following options are available for paying rent:
- Online via Zego Paylease portal
- Drop box available at our new location on the front building
- Mail to Atlantic Rental Management
