A: Unfortunately, we do not offer that. Our properties are available at a first come first serve basis.
Q: Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?
A: Before you move in, you must pay the first month’s rent plus full security deposit.
Q: How old do you have to be to apply?
A: You must be 18 years of age to apply.
Q: Is the deposit refundable?
A: Yes, the deposit is fully refundable minus any damages or costs that are occurred.
Q: Who needs a cosigner?
A: Any applicant who does not meet the standard application requirements.
Q: You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?
Q: I want to get a pet. What do I do?
A: If the property allows, a non-refundable pet fee in exchange for allowing you to have a pet. Call office for more details.
Q: My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?
A: You must give a 60 day written notice.
